REGISTRATION & WELCOME PARTY

On Sunday September 1^tst, registration will open at 5 pm in the lobby of the Croix Rouge Campus (amphi 6) located on 57 rue Pierre Taittinger 51100 Reims (map). To reach the place from the SNCF railway station "Reims Centre", take the Tramway ligne A in the direction of "Hôpital Debré" or B in the direction of Champagne TGV and exit at the stop "Université" (map). It takes only 15 min. To reach the place from the SNCF railway station "Champagne TGV", take the Tramway in the direction of "La Neuvillette" (map). It takes only 5 min.

A welcome buffet will be served after 7:00 pm at the same place. Don't miss our wine and champagne tasting.

CONGRESS LOCATION

From Monday, September 2^nd, the registration desk and the meeting venue will be located at Campus Croix Rouge Amphi 6 of the Université de Reims Champagne Ardenne.

If you're in the city center, Place d'Erlon, Reims Centre station:
Go to the “Gare Centre” tramway station (leave Place d'Erlon, go around the park to the right up the boulevard for 50 meters, the station is on the left)

Destination : Champagne TGV station or Hôpital Devré station

Stop : Campus Croix Rouge (7 stations)

Duration: 13 minutes

If you're at the TGV station :

The tramway station is a 5-10 minute walk away.

Destination: Reims Neufchatel

TRAVELLING BY AIR VIA PARIS

The most convenient way to reach Reims by air is to fly to Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (CDG). 2 options to travel to Reims.

At the airport train stop, the high-speed train TGV (journey is approx. 30 min), there are around 6 daily direct connections to Champagne Ardenne TGV by the high-speed train TGV. On TGV's, obligatory seat reservation is obligatory.
At the airport train stop, take the RER B line to Gare du Nord, 10-minute walk from Gare de l'Est station. From Paris Gare de l'Est, there are around 8 daily direct connections to Reims by the high-speed train TGV (journey is approx. 45 min) or express regional trains (TER, 1h30). On TGV's, obligatory seat reservation is obligatory.

Reims is located east of Paris, at the crossroads of the A4 (Paris-Strasbourg) and A26 (Calais-Lyon) freeways. Please do not take the new Reims bypass freeway, but head towards Reims-Centre. Take the Reims-Cathédrale exit and head south (to the right of the freeway if you're coming from Paris, to the left if you're coming from Strasbourg). Take Avenue Paul Marchandeau, continuing past the traffic circle. At the end of this avenue, turn right onto boulevard Wilson. At the next traffic circle, turn left onto boulevard Franchet d'Esperey. At the end of this road, turn left into avenue Eisenhower. At the end of the avenue, you'll come to Rue Pierre Taittinger. You'll see the “coquilles”, the amphitheaters of the UFR des Lettres. Turn right in front of the coquilles, then left, and you'll come to a series of parking lots. The research building is below.
